The Rainbow Queens of Pattani is a personal key visual project exploring the legacy of four remarkable women who ruled the Pattani Sultanate consecutively from 1584 to 1651. Known by their color-based titles—Green Queen, Blue Queen, Purple Queen, and Yellow Queen—these rulers left a vibrant mark on Southeast Asian history. Through stylized portraiture and symbolic use of color, the artwork reimagines their reigns and celebrates their strength, sovereignty, and sisterhood as powerful female leaders of a golden era.
